XGIMI MoGo Pro Outdoor Projector
Transform outdoor spaces into enchanting movie theaters or create engaging outdoor theater projector presentations with the best affordable projector. With advanced features and lightweight dimensions, these models offer the latest in entertainment technology.
Daytime use requires a brighter projector that can cut through ambient light like headlights, house lights, backyard fire pits, street lighting, or the moon and stars on a clear night. Look for brightness measured in lumens for the best results.
XGIMI MoGo Pro
The MoGo Pro is an update of XGIMI’s first mini projector, the MoGo. It’s much more compact and offers an improved experience with the addition of a built-in battery and Google Assistant. It’s a rare device that combines such a hefty set of features in a small form factor, but the MoGo Pro does it well. It has an easy-to-navigate Android TV-style UI and comes preloaded with all of the essential streaming apps, including HBO Max.
Its small size, compact power, and high brightness make it ideal for outdoor use. Its light weight and long battery life also make it an excellent travel companion. The projector has Full HD visuals and supports a variety of video formats and connectivity to a range of devices via HDMI, USB, and Bluetooth. It can also play audio from a connected external speaker via its 3.5mm audio port, the HDMI ARC port, or Bluetooth.
A pair of XGIMI’s own 8-watt speakers are included, but for an even better sound performance you can connect the projector to your favorite AV receiver or soundbar using its HDMI ARC port’s audio return feature. Alternatively, you can use a Bluetooth-enabled device to control the projector’s audio settings and content from your phone.
XGIMI’s ISA 2.0 technology uses a depth sensor to automate the projector’s image alignment and auto-focus capabilities, allowing users to quickly get up and running. Upon turning on, or after any movement of the projector, the MoGo Pro will automatically detect and focus its projection to center itself on the screen. It will also detect the position of any obstacles and pause the image when they are in the way, or if it is projected against a vertical surface such as a wall.
With a DCI-P3 color gamut covering up to 90% of the SDR standard, the MoGo Pro is capable of producing beautiful images in dark rooms. It has a high contrast ratio for rich detail, and it is also able to display HDR content with deep blacks. The MoGo Pro can be calibrated to improve its image quality with the help of a calibration tool.
Setting up the MoGo Pro is a quick and painless process that only takes 10 minutes from unboxing to watching your favorite show or movie. Initial setup is slowed only by the need to enter your Wi-Fi and Home Theater Projectors Google account credentials with its remote. This is a minor inconvenience, though, and the projector will save your passwords for future sessions. XGIMI has a nifty app that helps you set up your MoGo Pro, and its support team is helpful if you run into any issues.
